Exchange Policy (US Orders Only)

Free exchanges for order over $50. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the order with a FREE return label for a store credit within 30 days of receipt. However, if the item has been washed or worn, this voids our policy and is no longer eligible for exchange.

Return Policy (US Orders Only)

We will be happy to accept returns that are in resalable condition as long as they are returned within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you opt for a credit card refund, $7.95 will be deducted to cover return shipping costs. 

The item will not be accepted as a return if it has been washed, is in poor condition, dirty or worn. Returned items that do not have tags, or packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of $4.95. Restocking fees will not be charged for items returned in original condition. Store credits and refunds will not be issued until the item has been received and deemed resalable.

We offer discounted international rates to virtually any Country. Shipping starts at just $5.95 to select destinations. Delivery time depends on customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.

Return Procedure

To create a return please email your request to merch@gitanafightwear.com and we will email you a return shipping label to you within 24-48 hours. For International returns, select you shipping service of choice and mail in your return to us. We will process your return within 7-10 business days.
